Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting your order and what to do if something isn't right.

We currently ship within Lebanon only.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days all over Lebanon.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order through our Contact page and we'll make it right.

We want you to love what you wear. If your size isn't right, we accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

If an exchange isn't possible, we'll issue store credit for the value of your item. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future order.

We do not offer cash refunds at this time. All eligible returns are handled through exchange or store credit.
